My last day off.

Ahhhhhhhh Thursday, November 27th, 2008. My last day off before I retire.

Two days left that "the man" can tell me what to do before I take EVERY day off to do what I want, when I want, and how I want.

I now have 2 more days of punching a timeclock. 2 more days of slaving away on ungodly hours. 2 more days of making other people rich.

That's right. 2 more days and the hands of time will stop! And a new life will form the way it's suppose to be. I shall turn back the hands of time to a simpler, happier, and more fulfilling lifestyle that only a few and far between know today. A time where family is the most important thing. Where "work" is what you do to live and survive, not a place that you go. Where a person is self-reliant, not dependent on the rest of the world to get by. Where a hectic day means the kids tired you out playing, not traffic jams and job stress. Where food is something you go and pick and harvest in your yard, not run to the store to get. Where if the power goes out, you need to fix your windmill, not call the power company.

Yes, a different lifestyle that I think would do the whole world a lot of good. Unfortunately, I think the world is to lazy to even make an attempt at living like this. So I shall shut them out! I shall create my own self sufficient city without the need to rely on the rest of the world to get by.

One Man, ONE DREAM, ONE NATION ... THAT IS THE STATE_OF_LES!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah, just a reminder again. In about 18 hours, I shall shave for the last time.

And one last thing. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, that joyous day when the white man stole the land from the Indians and never looked back. Ahh, the precious memories. So let's all spend 100 bucks on food and stress out about 1 frickin' meal.

Yeah Thanksgiving ....... what a stupid day when you really think about it.
