Flu shot

Well winter is just around the corner and everyone and their mother is warning us to get the flu shot. You know what I say? "Eat my nutsack!!"

Who gives a crap about the flu? I mean since when did we start treating the flu like it was the black plague or something? It's the flu for Christ sakes!! Maybe I'll get it, maybe I won't. Just like a cold, or a sore throat, or blue balls for that matter.

Why do you feel the need to scare the shit out of people just because they MIGHT get the damn flu? Back when I was a kid, you know what happened when we got the flu? WE GOT THE FLU!!!! THAT'S IT!!! You got the flu, you stayed home for a couple days, you got over it, you continued on with life. Simple, but effective. Not today, you gotta go in and get a damn shot for the flu!! Well what the hell happened to the flu since I was a kid?? NOTHING!! It's the same old flu, just people can't be inconvenienced in America so we have to make sure that nothing wrong ever happens to them. God forbid a banker get the flu and has to stay home a few days and miss out on giving loans to people for houses they can't afford so the whole thing can collapse and cause us working people to pay for his mistakes. (I'm sorry about that. I don't know where I come up with these ludicrous ideas sometimes.)

And let's not forget all the wrong things about the flu shot that people don't seem to mention. Like filling your body with dangerous chemicals, such as mercury, and aluminum. Or how about the fact that it's link to Alzheimer's Disease!! Not good enough, OK, how about getting the flu shot actually weakens the immune system so in the long run, your more apt to catch things more easily down the road. Yeah, that's right, it's turning you into a pussy! All this, and I haven't even mentioned the tremendous profits that the medical field reaps in each year by inventing this new scare tactic to get rich off of.

So do as you will, as for me, I say "Bring on the damn flu ... I'll take it like a man!" And piss on you medical community for inventing yet ANOTHER thing to make you rich on. Is there any lengths you won't go to profit from "made up" things?
