Laundrymats

You know what pisses me off? LAUNDRYMATS!

I've NEVER understood these places. Why the hell do they have a place to take your clothes to get them cleaned when you should be doing it at home? I know, I know, it's for people who can't afford a washer and dryer.

Let's talk about this a bit. First of all, I don't get the logic in this. You go to a place to use a washer and dryer. OK, but why don't you drive to a place to get some food in the fridge since you can't afford a fridge, like the fridgeOmat? How about if you need to make a slice of toast, oops, gotta run to the toastermat and make a slice and bring it back home. Or I'm making a turkey for thanksgiving, better go down to the Ovenmat and see how it's doing. And second of all, washers and dryers are NOT a luxury item by any means. New washer and dryers can be bought for $300 apiece, not to mention you can always get some used ones for 1/2 that price for the set. I hardly think that $150.00 is an outrageous expense. Hell, one small car repair can cost that much. Going out to eat for a month can cost that much. Your Starbuck bill can cost this much. But instead, you'll go dump 3-4 bucks a shot into a rental washer/dryer, not to mention the gas and wear and tear on your vehicle going to the laundrymat each time.

How the hell does this make sense? I just don't get it. I drive by laundrymats and see people in there washing their clothes, staring at the wall, waiting for them to finish and think "DAMN .. PEOPLE ARE FRICKIN' STUPID!"

If your really living your life where it's too much to come up with a bit of cash to get the necessary appliances to LIVE your life, then you really should start considering if life is worth living. I mean if two little appliances has got you in a tissy financially, how the hell are you going to handle any REAL financial problems that will come your way.

And of course, my hat goes off to anyone who has a laundrymat out there. You are, in your own way, a little genius for your cleverness. Your are doing what should be done with the world ... taking advantage of STUPID PEOPLE! We do have an abundance of them, and why not monopolize on the issue! Good for you laundrymat owners!!

Don't forget to grab a help control the stupid population and grab a friend and have them spayed or neutered. Thank you.
