Housing bailout

Well just another thing to piss me off!! The good old U.S. of A is going to sign into effect help for all the housing foreclosures that are happening. In other words, all the deadbeats who can't pay their house payments will now get government assistance to lower their payments through lower rates, government loans and such. Just another example of how you are allowed to be as STUPID as you want in the USA, because someone will always be there to bail your ass out.

Imagine all these idiots out there with their financial woes on their house. I would bet my right nut that 80% of them bought a house that was not only more house than they needed, but more house than they can afford. Then a couple years later when all the late fees add up and they get too far behind that the bank is about to take the house back, what happens? Government comes along and bails these deadbeats out.

I say, if you lose your house because you can't make the payment, then "you lose your house because you can't make the payment". I know .. I know .. another crazy thought by ME !! Yes, I said it, you lose your house, and then what, where will you live, how will you survive?? I COULDN'T CARE LESS!!! It's not my job to balance your damn personal budget! Why didn't you think about this before you bought a house twice the size of what you needed just to have the image of looking rich. Go walk the streets and dig in the dumpster for food for all I care, I'm sick and tired of bailing out deadbeats in this country who have every sob story imaginable. As for the banks that loaned them the money, screw 'em!! Maybe a few hundred banks need to fold up too, I mean we have more banks than we do churches around here, everywhere you look is a damn bank. Don't get me wrong, I blame the home owners for their stupidity, but if the banks are taking a chance and borrowing money to "iffy" propositions, then let them fall too. Bottom line, you make stupid decisions, your suffer the consequences.

I bet I could have retired already if I could get back all the tax dollars I've spent helping out deadbeats in my lifetime. And 80% of them are all for one thing and one thing only .. STUPIDITY !! All those worthless, scum sucking leaches that filed for bankruptcy, just to get their debts wiped clean but magically get to keep their house, car, boat, and on and on. Needless to say, my blood is boiling right now, and I will have to change the topic off of bankruptcies again and save it for another day.

You know money is just like anything else in life. It's a topic, or an issue that you have to deal with everyday. Like personal hygiene, let's say you don't shower but once a month, chances are your going to stink like one of my farts. That's the conclusion, you stink!! Did you notice that the government didn't come along and bathe you? NO, you just stink! How about not taking care of your vehicle? Haven't done an oil change in 5 years? Guess what .. you car will probably not be running very much longer. That's it!! The government will not be there with a brand new vehicle to help you out of your stupidity. But hey, not with money!! I'm a IDIOT who charged everything under the sun to Mastercard and now I'm 6 months behind on my house and car loans. Don't worry my poor American lowlife!!! SUPERGOVERNMENT IS HERE TO SAVE THE DAY!!!!!!! B-U-L-L-S-H-I-T-!-!-! Did I mention this topic pisses me off ??

There is some GOOD news amongst all this bad news. Suicide rates among people who are about to have their home foreclosed is on the rise, along with alcoholism, depression, and other disorders. At least this way we'll weed out some of you deadbeats, and others might get depressed enough to think about suicide. You see, there is a silver lining in every cloud. Speaking of good news, I wonder what todays RBV has to say?
