The tomato

I'm pissed off and have been for several years !!!

I never asked for this. No one ever told be about this. I never seen a vote about this.

But yet one day long ago, I went to the grocery store .. and there was NO more DIRT tomatoes!! How did this happen??? All I could find were these tomatoes that grew in WATER! They look great, but they taste like water, which is to say .. they had NO TASTE at all!

How did this happen? When did it become acceptable to replace a good, acidic, heartburn, flavorful tomato with this bland, tasteless, tomato looking object? I understand that the hydroponic tomato can have it's spot on the produce shelf. I DO NOT understand why the dirt tomato just disappeared out of existence in the grocery store. How could society accept this as a replacement? How can you possible eat a tomato grown from the soil, and eat a tomato grown in water and even come CLOSE to a conclusion that they taste similar???

This would be a whole different argument if you went to the grocery store one day and there were 'dirt tomatoes' for $2.49/lb. and right next to them were hydroponic tomatoes for .99 cents a pound. THAT would be a good argument for why you would choose one over the other, even though one has no taste. But it's NOT that way ... hydroponic tomatoes cost just as much as dirt tomatoes! From what I have noticed, they are just as much ... if not MORE than dirt tomatoes were when they existed on our grocery shelves.



So let's sum things up on the stupidity of people.

1. We have a delicious thing called a dirt tomato that sell for let's say .... $2.00/lb. and taste delicious.

2. We replace the dirt tomato with a water tomato and sell it for $2.00/lb. and taste like nothing.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm sound like good old stupidity logic to Me. Once again, I conclude that society is getting dumber every single day. Now stop pissing Me off .... bring back My dirt tomato ... quit inventing things that make no sense, find the guy who invented hydroponic tomatoes and hang him, and give Me a reason to live again! AMEN!

This Bible verse is for all the Christians who say that you can't refer to the old testament for absudities because it was how the world was BEFORE Jesus came to earth. In other words, before Jesus came the people were terrible, but now they're great. I would like to point out just who did the slaughtering of all the firstborn babies in the verse above. It's wasn't MAN .... it was the LORD!!!
