Credit Rating

Here is yet another thing that people have completely backwards. Their credit score.

All we here about is getting your credit score up, and keeping it up, and checking this web site or that web site to make sure it's up, or pay a fee to check to see if it's up (I love that one!). So what is a credit score anyway?

It's a borrowing score, it tells the banks how big of a risk you are. It's really a stupidity score! The more things in life you borrow and pay off, the higher your score. In other words, the more in debt you are, the higher your rating, that is IF you keep the payments up. So basically society has deemed it a goal for all of us to get this 'borrowing score' up so we can go out and ......... YOU GUESSED IT, borrow even MORE!!!! With any luck you'll get in over your head so much you'll have to file for bankruptcy and ask the government to bail you out!! Wow, what a brilliant goal it is to have a HIGH credit score.

I, on the other hand would like a credit score of ZERO!!! Nothing would make me happier than to have the lowest credit score in the world, and I'm doing all I can to achieve just that. Zero credit score would mean, you have no loans, you have no credit cards, you are not STUPID enough to borrow your way through life!

It's just amazing how society can ingrain into our heads that we all NEED a high credit score, or your a better person if you have a high credit score! As usual ... it's ALL BULL!!! It's exactly the opposite of what you want to do, but no one will believe Me. Nope, they all want to borrow and borrow and keep throwing hundred and thousands of dollars out the window on interest each year. Yeah ... keep thinking that, hell, that's what the government does and they aren't in any financial trouble. Oh wait .......... YES THEY ARE, and almost always have been!

Sometimes I write my thoughts on a certain subject and when I get done, I wonder why I wasted my time because I doubt anyone will take it serious. This has been one of those times.

Hmmmmm, burn all the whores and their babies too. I guess that would take care of a good chunk of the overpopulation, just not sure how you'd pass this through congress.
