Yes indeed, this was a sad day in history. July 26th 1990. The day when everyone with a cane, walker, wheelchair, limp, bad eye, sore toe, mental anguish, and one armed person started having MORE rights than anyone else in the world. I thought all you people with disabilities wanted was just to be treated EQUAL, not to be put up on a frickin' throne.
This was one of the dumbest laws passed that I've seen. Just like America though, if one person bitches, they make a law to please them, even though there is 999 other people that hate it.
Now I know what your thinking. "You should be damn lucky that you don't have a disability so you can lead a normal life!!" To this I would respond:
1. Have you read my blog at ALL?? If you had, then you would know that I lead NOTHING even close to a normal life. In fact, if I'm not considered mentally disabled by our government, then I don't know who is.
2. I'm not against the handicapped. Not one bit! I would lend a hand to anyone out there who needs it if they ask for it. I'm just saying we (as Americans) bend over WAY to far to these people. And I'll prove it.

Let's take a look at just what this "Americans with disabilities act" does to HARM America.
- It lets anyone with the slightest pain get away with the same benifits that someone with a REAL handicap gets.
-It creates corrupt vultures from people who make a living going around suing businesses who are not compliant with the law. Yes, I said "MAKE A LIVING". If your in business, and you don't have a ramp for the handicapped, if you don't have the right doorknob, if your carpet isn't the right height, if you don't have sloped curbs, you can be sued.
- Before this stupid law, people didn't mind hiring the handicapped. Now they are scared to death to hire one because if everything isn't perfect for them in the workplace, they might get sued.
- How about this one? Target was sued because some dip shit with low vision said He was discriminated against because it was hard for him to use their website because it wasn't made for people with low vision problems.

-This law tells every business, every hotel, every apartment, every restaurant, EVERYONE !! that they need and endless list of shit just to please the handicapped. It's nuts!!! Special parking, ramps, electric doors, special door handles, braille for a DRIVE THRU ATM MACHINE (explain that one please!).
-This law makes the handicapped look like worthless people that need constant pampering instead of what they really are ... HUMAN FRICKIN' BEINGS! They just want to live their damn life people! Not have government butt in every little nook and cranny they can.
- According to the ADA web page, they claim that there is about 50 million people in the United States with disabilities. REALLY ... IS THAT SO? Hmmmm, doing the math that's about 1 in 5 people who have a disability. Now either I live in the most healthy state in the frickin' world, or these numbers are wayyyyyyy exaggerated. Which is just what the government wants, anyone and everyone can claim they have a disability with number like these. That means more people to take advantage of stuff that don't belong to them, more people to take money that don't belong to them, more people to get out of work that isn't meant for them. It's a damn joke! Much like our government.
- Businesses WILL make needs available for the handicapped on their own. They don't need the government telling them that they HAVE to have a ramp, special parking and all that shit. It's just good business to make accommodations for the handicapped, but let the business OWNER decide what they want to do with THEIR PRIVATE PROPERTY! What the hell is this, communist China???????
In closing I'd like to say a prayer:
Dear Jesus, who I love so dearly. Please take a limb or gouge out an eye from me so I can live a pampered, spoiled life and have the government tend to my every need so I will never have to worry about ever having an inconvenient moment until the day I die. I would so much enjoy knowing that I'm less of a human being since there are laws covering every single aspect of my life so wherever I go, I can be reminded of my disability. Amen.
Todays RBV:
Hebrews 1:10 And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation for the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands:
Yeah, it's a good thing God put the earth on a solid foundation, since balls tend to roll away unexpectedly sometimes. Dip shits.
